'Peerless introduces its latest paperboard plate and tray forming machine line, the M40T. Machine line includes vertical lift roll stand, forming machine and counter-stacker. Precision heavy-duty mechanical toggle systems and four pin die sets insure accurate and repeatable cut/score and forming performance.
Innovative servo motor roller screw drive units provide quiet, dependable power for continuous 24 hour operation.

Shaftless Roll Stand

'The roll stand is easy to operate and does not require a pit in the floor. It includes a manually adjustable pneumatic brake for proper roll tension control. Push buttons control electric motor driven screws that shift frames individually for paper roll width adjustment or simultaneously to align the paper roll and machine feed system. Paper rolls must be lifted onto the roll stand. The roll stand does not offer a floor pick up option. '
